A few things
worth knowing.
A clear view of what Tracky does,
and how it fits into your setup.
What does Tracky track?
Tracky uses the shared tracking system to capture storefront activity and send supported events to your configured advertising platforms. TikTok supports product views, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase events. Meta and Google support product views and purchases. Event availability also depends on your settings and the visitor’s consent.
How does server tracking work?
Eligible browser funnel events are mirrored to TikTok’s Events API with shared event identifiers for deduplication. Purchase delivery is triggered by Shopify’s paid-order webhook. Server tracking complements your browser setup; it does not guarantee that every event will reach an advertising platform.
Does Tracky respect customer consent?
The tracking scripts read Shopify’s Customer Privacy API. Storefront analytics requires analytics permission. Advertising events require analytics, marketing and sale or sharing permission. If the required consent is unavailable or withdrawn, advertising delivery is stopped.
Where do I manage my stores and pixels?
Stores, pixels and reporting are managed in your Scalify workspace. Select Tracky when connecting a Shopify frontend or backend, then configure the store in Ads Tracking. The buttons on this page open that workspace; a Scalify account and an approved store connection are required.
Can I use Tracky with multiple Shopify stores?
Yes. Tracky supports the frontend and backend store structure in your workspace. Choose the same integration service for stores that belong to the same connected group, so scripts, checkout signals and webhooks use a consistent setup.
